Submission of Proposals

The General Assembly of the WAPCEPC will take place during PCE 2012 in Antwerp, Belgium
on Monday 9th July 2012, 19.15h – 21.00h. All members are invited.

Individual and organizational members may submit proposals for the agenda no later than 29th February 2012
to Susan Stephen, Chair of the WAPCEPC Board, at  [chair @ pce-world.org].

A link to the the proposal form is below. Please contact Susan if you have any questions about the process of
making a proposal to the General Assembly.

Formal invitations to the General Assembly and the first provisional list of agenda items will be sent to members
by email by 31st March 2012.
