This fund supports colleagues who would like to join the community of the World Association and who are not able to afford the membership dues. It offers a discounted individual membership to colleagues from around the world (not just by World Bank Categories B, C, and D), for up to 2 years. Membership includes a subscription to the PCEP journal, access to the Encounter Newsletter, a discount on the PCE conference fee, the right to stand for the board and the right to vote in the Board election and the General Assembly of PCE World. The fund is accessible on a case by case basis.
