PCE 2026 Conference - call for proposals

Greetings all members! 
The Board of WAPCEPC invites Organisational members and/or National groups of members to prepare proposals to host the PCE2026 Conference.
The guidelines for hosting a PCE Conference, including the procedure for establishing a venue for the PCE Conference, are available on our website at https://www.pce-world.org/about-us/32-conference-guidlines.html
In the proposal to host the next Conference in 2026 the proposal should present the organising team, their competencies in administrative and financial matters and their plans concerning the site of the proposed conference. WE ask that you address the main issues outlined in the conference guidelines.
Members who are interested in convening the Conference in 2026 are invited to indicate their interest by sending proposals to the WAPCEPC Board at
The deadline for proposals is 01 May, 2022.
Following the deadline, proposals received by the Board will be reviewed and the board will then communicate with the proposers if any clarification is required.
All proposers accepted for consideration will be presented to the WAPCEPC membership at the General Assembly during the Denmark Conference 2022, where members will vote either in person or by proxy.
Alternatively, if agreed by the General Assembly, all members will be invited to vote on the proposals electronically at a date arranged by the General Assembly.
