This site runs on the open source content management system Joomla, and uses CiviCRM for membership management.

It uses Sobi2 for managing articles and downloads, alongside JCE, JEvent, eXtplorer, AlphaContent, SWMenuPro, News Show GK3, Yoo Login, and SubItems.

It was developed by Nic Wistreich, with support from Dan Roy, Andy McKay and Gemma Fallon.

It is hosted on Dreamhost, a carbon-neutral hosting company.

The project for this website was developed by the 2008-2010 WAPCEPC board and co-ordinated by Elizabeth Freire.
