How to become a member

Individual membership is open to helping professionals, academics, trainees, students and other persons who wish to further the goals of the Association in psychotherapy, counseling and related fields.
You can join online as an individual, student or couple here.

Included in all Individual and Couple memberships of the WAPCEPC are:

  • a subscription to Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapies (PCEP), the international journal of the WAPCEPC (4 issues per Volume).
  • a regular Newsletter, produced three times during the year.
  • a €50 reduction on the PCE Conference fee.
  • Members are also entitled to be a candidate for the WAPCEPC Board, to vote in the Board election and to vote at the General Assembly of the association.
Organisational membership is open to existing associations, organizations and institutions which embrace the principles and goals of the WAPCEPC.

Included in Organizational membership of the WAPCEPC are:

  • A €50 reduction on the PCE Conference fee for one nominated delegate of the Organizational Member.
  • Organizational Members are also entitled to vote in the Board election and to vote at the General Assembly of the Association.

How much do I pay for membership?

The membership year for all WAPCEPC members runs from 1st January until 31st December.

Individuals and Couples

Individual members: Euro 50
Members of BAPCA, IPS (Austria), VVCEPC, APPCPC: Euro 20
Student members: Euro 30
Couple membership: Euro 70
Members of VCgP Free

Organisational membership

The dues for Organizational Members depend on the size of the organization

Organizations with up to 25 members: Euro 75
Organizations with 26-50 members: Euro 150
Organizations with 51-100 members: Euro 250
Organizations with 101-500 members: Euro 400
Organizations with 501-1000 members: Euro 500
Organizations with over 1000 members: Euro 600

How do I pay the membership fee?

There are several ways:

  • You can pay your membership fee with the online payment facility. This is the preferred and cheapest method of payment.
  • Annual automatic debit. VISA and MASTERCARD are accepted. Download the payment form here and give your credit card number, expiry date, membership year(s), name and postal address. Submit by MAIL or FAX.
  • All transfer costs must be paid by the individual or organization applying for membership. In order to reduce your costs you may pay for two or three years at once.
