7^TH JULY, 2008, 20.00 PM , UNIVERSITY OF EAST ANGLIA , NORWICH , UK

Members are invited to attend  the General Assembly of the WAPCEPC which will be held on 7^th July 2008, during the 8th PCE Conference in Norwich , UK .

Individual and organizational members are entitled to put forward proposals the Agenda of the GA. Contact us at secretariat@pce-world.org if you want to discuss your proposal with the Board. You may send your proposal directly, using the proposal form.

VOTING AT THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY

Please note that only members who have paid their membership for 2008 can vote

If you are unable to attend the GA personally, you may nominate another WAPCEPC member to vote for you; in that case, you will need to let us know who you have nominated. Please send the name of your representative to the address below.  

Organizational members need to inform the Board of the name of their nominated  delegate.

Proposals for the Agenda have to be sent in by the April 1^st. 

The first provisional agenda for the GA will be distributed in April.

A provisional agenda for the  GA and information about proposals will be published on this website after April 15^th.
