Our Institure works in a collegial and consensual way. The PCA training lasts 3 years and is based on the model of training designed by Carl Rogers. For trainees who wished to become psychotherapists, a second 2 years course is proposed with workshops in supervision, psychopathology and deep-going. Each year is organized an experiential encounter group, widely open to any interested person.

It's members are mainly psychotherapists, but also include other professionals and the 8 French person-centred training organisations. Its aims include representing the approach in France and internationally, furthering training and research, facilitating contacts and developing PCT as a philosophy, method and disciplined practise of psychotherapy.
